smokey hallways cigarette smoke

the room was fairly large and i was given a quiet room facing the inside courtyard.

The rooms and hallways were very smokey, even though it's listed as non smoking rooms. smoke in the room, and the fire alarm goes on randomly. also, the air circulated the cigarette smoke and i could constantly smell them.

bus terminal useful station

the location is perfect i think. i was close to the station, its so useful. i also walked a bit to the bus terminal because i needed to take the bus to the airport.

the air conditioner is very cold. it reminded me of living inside a refrigerator.

the receptionist was very helpful and efficient with the room allocation i found. the location was very close to the train station and convenient, i must say. also, the shopping centre next door was great.

the lighting in the common areas was too dim for my liking i admit.

the rooms are spacious enough for the price i think. the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping was doing their job very well i'd say. the air conditioning worked well.

there is a good cafe near the hotel, it had many options i noticed. i ordered deliver food late one night, it was very convenient really. i forgot cutlery and the front desk provided it.

the staff are professional and really good at their given tasks i think. the receptionist gave me great tips of how to travel around. the staff tried their best to give me a great experience i must say.

I found the hotel rooms quite spacious. the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping cleaned the room regularly. it is close to public transportation options, which helped my travel around the area.

i noticed the gym floor felt unsecured since it was publicly accessible, unlike other floors needing a room card to access.

the hotel is conveniently located near the Tuen Mun station. v-city bus stop is a short walk away, about ten minutes. taking the a33x bus from the airport brought me here in approximately 35 minutes.

Fantastic Stay, Was superb!

modern room friendly staff

The room was modern and quite large! I especially liked the friendly staff. Shopping malls are close. It is an easy walk. I found a lot of what I needed nearby.

The common areas seemed too dark. Dim lighting, which wasn't the BEST.

The staff was helpful, especially with the early check-in process. The front desk and housekeeping teams were responsive to requests. Timely replenishment of toiletries occurred. It was consistent. Generous supplies of toiletries were present!!!

This location is convenient, close to the MRT and LRT. It is a short distance to the train station next to the shopping center. A convenience store and a market are nearby. Dim sum and other foods are at your doorstep.

A famous noodle shop exists right next to the hotel. Local delicacies are available at the nearby market. There are many options for buying food at cheap prices near the street. I enjoyed the variety.

the room was quite big the bed was comfortable and there was daily house keeping

the air conditioner was cold and loud it seemed like living inside a refrigerator there was no way to wind it down
