GREAT Location, SHUTTLE Service, PERFECT for Travellers!

The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. It is useful and frequent. I DID utilize the available Skytrain access. It makes getting around easy. The staff IS very friendly AND always ready to help, WOW!

I noticed slight wear on some furniture. Nothing SERIOUS.

The hotel IS near the airport, GREAT for quick trips. It also sits close to the Aberdeen station on the Skyrail. This offers easy access to downtown. It is a HUGE benefit.

The complimentary airport shuttle was SO convenient. It was efficient and it saved me a lot of time. I also appreciated the location near the sky train. The front desk staff were excellent. They helped me with directions.

The onsite restaurant was very EXPENSIVE.

The fitness center included three treadmills. It also had two stationary bikes to use. The pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation.

Acceptable, But Some Issues

poor sound insulation unprofessional staff

The sound insulation was not good at all. I could clearly hear airplane noises throughout the night. It was definitely disruptive. The staff also told me to rush to catch an earlier shuttle than scheduled. The driver wanted a break, apparently. I found this request unprofessional. I expect better service.
