The airport shuttle was easy to locate. It was also very convenient. I found free parking to be a great perk. The hotel includes both a bar and a restaurant. I also appreciated the proximity to other dining options.
I had some issues with the room I was initially assigned. It was a smaller room than I had reserved. It also took two hours to get the correct room. The AC in the second room wasn't working.

Staff members were helpful and responsive when I needed assistance. The front desk staff (Ahmed Abdallah in particular) gave a warm welcome. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises.
