The complimentary shuttle service from the airport was really convenient, and the driver was kind and on time. He. i also found the restaurant staff to be attentive, and the menu offered a lot of delicious choices. It was pure bliss!

the chrome cast function on the television in my room DIDN'T work, it was SUCH a tiny disappointment.

My room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with good linens. The airport shuttle was complimentary and convenient. I also liked the on site restaurant. The staff accommodated my early check in. This was because my connecting flight was cancelled.

The floors were super loud. I had to complain about a party above me twice. The first time was at 11:30 PM and the second was 1:30 AM. They were not able to do anything about it. I was told the manager would contact me but I never heard from them.

The room was clean and quiet, despite its location near the elevator and the highway. I slept very well because the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were courteous. I really appreciated their help.

Finding my room took longer than expected due to unclear directions.
