The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. This made transportation very easy. i found the onsite restaurant convenient, and the food was good. my room included a comfortable seating area, allowing me to repack my luggage efficiently. there was ample parking available at the hotel, a notable convenience.
i noticed the air conditioning unit in my room was somewhat noisy, a minor disturbance.

Wonderful Stay Close to the Airport
easy check-in friendly staff lovely room efficient shuttle
I enjoyed the swift and easy check-in. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. My room was lovely and clean. That was a good start to my journey. I loved dining at Moxies, the on-site restaurant, the food and service were really good. The hotel's proximity to the airport, coupled with the efficient shuttle service, made early morning travel stress-free for me.
Though not a big deal, the public parking situation nearby was not ideal. I found limited options available.

Convenient airport proximity

The hotel provides a timely and reliable airport shuttle. The shuttle runs frequently. It departs every hour. My king sized bed in the loft suite was very comfortable. I appreciated the fast check in and check out.
The stairs to the loft bedroom might be difficult for seniors (or anyone needing frequent bathroom trips at night).

The hotel is close to the airport, about a 10-minute drive. There are several stores within walking distance, including a dollar store and an Asian grocery store. I noticed a tim hortons for a quick breakfast only three minutes away.

the rooms were very nice. the bathrooms had decent water pressure. the free airport shuttle runs at fifteen and forty-five minutes past the hour.
the bathtub needed a deep clean. dark brown carpet felt dirty (this was a bit unhygienic). the air conditioning was noisy.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The reception area provided a charging station. This allowed me to remain there as long as I wanted. I found the complimentary airport shuttle very convenient.
The bed did not seem clean. I was moved to a different room late after my flight. The beds were old and sagged in the middle. These beds were double size and felt very small.
