I found the early check-in offer helpful. My room was spacious. The bed offered excellent comfort. The short walk to airport check-in was supremely convenient.

Convenience outweighed some service issues

missing towels suitcase delay

the check-in was fast and the staff accommodated a request for unscented toiletries, important due to a fragrance allergy.

I booked a room for four people but only three sets of towels were in the room upon arrival. i requested an additional set. This led to a delay i found inconvenient. the bellboys insisted on bringing up our suitcases and i waited an additional 10-15 minutes.. it was frustrating.

toy wagon huge windows nespresso machine

I stayed there in april 2024. Dropping off the rental car and walking into the hotel was really nice. the front desk allowed my two kids to select a toy from a toy wagon. our two queens room had huge windows with views of the airport. the nespresso machine was a high plus!

the lighting in the evening was dim, even with all the room lights on
