I had stayed at this hotel before. Sadly, the standards seemed to have dropped. There was significant water damage on the staircase. The damp smell in the room was not great. The baristas in the cafe seemed almost rude (which is not what I expected).

the room was really clean, and i found the modern design appealing. the hotel has a convenient location close to major attractions. the cafe inside offered good coffee, which i certainly enjoyed each morning. housekeeping provided consistent service daily.

The hotel's location near the subway was convenient (it made getting around simple). I appreciated the proximity to K-town. The staff members I encountered were friendly. I found access to the rooftop to be a nice addition. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival.

The elevators experienced slightly longer wait times due to the number in service.

subway station comfortable bed central location

the location is very central close to a subway station the bed was large and comfortable housekeeping kept my room immaculate every day i found a nice lounge on the ground floor too. the staff was super accommodating i appreciated how close i was to shops and restaurants the subway station was also just steps away from the hotel. the bathroom was large i appreciated how clean it was the room itself was compact i liked the thoughtful design.

the elevator wait times were sometimes a little long it reminded me of there were only two in use.
