the location offered easy access to central park and nearby subway lines. the breakfast included a waffle maker and various options like eggs and muffins. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful with requests.
the room felt a little small for two guests.

the staff was super friendly and always ready to help! they greeted me with a smile every time i walked in, which i loved. the free luggage check was a total lifesaver! i also really appreciated the location. it was close to central park and tons of restaurants!
the breakfast area was way too hot. i really think they need to put an ac in there! also, the ac in my room could have been better. the room itself was pretty small! it is normal in this part of the country though.

The elevator needed attention. It was slow and a bit old. i hope they fix it soon.
