I found the breakfast disappointing, particularly because of the limited options. Only toast and bagels were available for bread, (which was a letdown) and the muffins seemed stale. I was annoyed to find only paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast. It felt cheap.

I stayed for a few nights. the location was great for broadway shows, times square, and subway access. breakfast had many options. the fitness center looked very nice. I enjoyed my workouts, we loved the facilities, but the staff stood out!

I had some issues with the housekeeping service. they forgot to clean my room. i also had to request fresh towels. the sink was clogged. It was hard to use it

the location is excellent and it is close to everything. i got a king studio and it was very very comfy and tidy. the staff was warm and cute, i felt right at home!

the breakfast was not very diverse, but acceptable. the entrance needs more comfortable seating. i found the walls for the rooms to the hallway a bit too thin.
