the location is unbeatable. the reception area had someone there at all times, which i found very reassuring. the room was clean, i got extra towels when i asked. they let me check out a bit later, it was awesome!
i had trouble with the wifi. it kept disconnecting, it was so annoying. the power outlet in the bathroom wasn't working. also, there was so much noise from the street, the windows didn't block it at all, we could hear everything.

i found the location convenient near many attractions. the staff were kind and attentive to requests. i especially appreciated the hotel holding my luggage after checkout since my flight was later. the big bathroom in the junior suite was a bonus.
the room finish seemed a bit lacking there were scuffed skirting boards. also the frayed carpet edges looked worn near the air conditioning unit.

the junior suite featured a spacious layout with ample room. the king bed was very comfortable with premium bedding. there were also fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom making the stay much more pleasant.

the hotel provides a starbucks coffee stand located in the lobby for quick refreshments. i also saw a gift shop that sold drinks and snacks providing easy access to essentials.

the location was SUPER convenient. i got to the places i wanted to go without much hassle. the staff were also very helpful. they were quick to help.
the hotel had VERY basic amenities. the tv didn't work for the entire stay. i thought for the price, more than a few bad quality news channels should've been available.
