the hotel included free water and coffee in the room, acceptable.
i was a bit disappointed. i was awaken at 3 am because water leaked from the ceiling onto the pillows of my bed. the night shift desk clerk was difficult to deal with.

the neighborhood had early morning truck noises i could hear. only one mini split unit cooled the whole suite and did so unevenly.

The room was spacious enough for my needs (i really appreciated the extra space). the kitchenette was well equipped. I was able to prepare simple meals. the gym and sauna were a plus. I used them daily.
the industrial area made for some truck noise at night.

i found the hotel quite groovy. the rooms were spacious and well equipped with a super comfy bed. the location was near the subway stop, giving access to nice bars and eateries. the high ceilings and exposed brick created a cute industrial feel.
i did notice there were only plastic wrapped paper cups in the room. this made drinking unpleasant and raised sustainability concerns. it would be better to have glasses or ceramic cups.

the room was large and airy with big windows, so it had a lot of light. tons of closet space was available in the room. i found the location to have lots of character.
i found that the hotel doesn't have much atmosphere. it also doesn't feel fully open to the public. the terrace areas feel depressing to me. it is in an industrial area with nothing immediately around.
