the location was unbeatable. i was able to easily walk to major attractions and subway lines. the staff provided prompt and friendly service. the complimentary water bottles and coffee were a nice perk. the room also had a convenient yoga mat for workouts.

The location is unbeatable , situated near iconic landmarks. St Patrick's Cathedral is a short walk , convenient for visits. Rockefeller Center is right across the street , easily accessible for attractions. The daily housekeeping service was very thorough , ensuring the room was super clean. The staff members were professional and warm , providing proactive service . I found the team anticipated my needs .

the location were great. i could walk to many attractions. the coffee and tea on the second floor were a nice touch. i liked having chilled water available on each floor. the elevators operated quickly.

The room was smaller. it barely fit a bed and a desk. the ac turned off during the night. It made the room too warm. i heard some noise from the air conditioning units outside the window.

the purified water refill station on each floor was especially convenient. i ALSO appreciated the 24/7 availability of coffee and tea in the second-floor lounge. my room included a desk and many charging outlets , which was useful for my work.

the room layout was a little unusual, as it felt somewhat long and narrow.
