bad smell poor breakfast service

the staff were very friendly and cute, from the valet to the front desk.

my room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time. it smelled bad and the bed looked like it had been made in a hurry. the breakfast service was also very poor with limited options.

the staff was super nice. they were professional and helpful. i inadvertently left my watch in the room. ray called employees to find it. he found it with the help of a front desk clerk. i am grateful.

the room had a cracked floor. the toilet had a relentless nocturnal gurgling. this made sleeping difficult. elevator buttons looked to be in early retirement.

the location is very convenient for exploring. subway access is easy to reach from the hotel. staff members were helpful with directions and local tips. i appreciated the complimentary coffee available in the dining area.
