the staff were very friendly and cute, from the valet to the front desk.

my room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time. it smelled bad and the bed looked like it had been made in a hurry. the breakfast service was also very poor with limited options.

the staff was super nice. they were professional and helpful. i inadvertently left my watch in the room. ray called employees to find it. he found it with the help of a front desk clerk. i am grateful.

the room had a cracked floor. the toilet had a relentless nocturnal gurgling. this made sleeping difficult.
