The staff was very friendly. They also took good care. The location is great. It has close proximity to museums and Central Park. Breakfast had many varieties, and the coffee was superb. Sonia did great work for the wonderful food option that the hotel provides. I liked the evening happy hour. It was a real treat! I had wonderful food.
My room needed improvements. There was no coffee machine and no room service. The fridge was empty. I consider these issues to be addressed.
