I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They quickly addressed my needs. The rooftop bar provided very nice views. It was a definite highlight. I especially enjoyed the salted caramels in the room upon arrival. A NICE welcome.
I noticed the room was smaller than expected. Space was limited for luggage storage. The size impacted overall comfort. Improvements could be made to optimize space.

the location was excellent. It was CENTRAL to most places i wanted to visit and an easy walk to penn station. My room WAS clean and fairly quiet. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar as an added bonus.

The room was a Double Double Guest Room. I found the space cramped, especially with luggage. The lack of proper storage made navigating the room difficult. the air conditioning unit was excessively loud. It hindered sleep quality. I expected better soundproofing given the location.

the hotel is very clean. the staff was really helpful. i got a room high up as i requested and every day i came back to a super clean room. i also received little cupcakes as a surprise.
the tv used the internet, so i spent a lot of time watching it buffer. there was no top sheet and the duvet didn't have a cover. i was nervous about whether they wash the duvet after every guest.
