The location was great for seeing several Broadway shows. The room had enough hooks and shelves for storage, I appreciated that. A microwave and mini fridge were also available in the room. This was really helpful.

the staff at the front desk was friendly. they were helpful when i needed directions.

The room was much smaller than i expected. It barely fit the two double beds. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep even on the higher floors. Waits were often over ten minutes

i sometimes waited up to 10 minutes for one. breakfast felt a bit overcrowded. finding a table was difficult, especially during peak hours.
