central stay delight
perfect location excellent view convenient store
i found the location perfect for broadway shows i managed to see a performance just a short walk away i enjoyed the rooftop lounge with its excellent views the little store in the lobby was convenient for quick needs
the elevators experienced overcrowding sometimes it required patience to get up or down especially during peak hours this impacted my schedule occasionally i waited longer than expected

the complimentary breakfast was great it included various options ensuring everyone found something they liked the breakfast area was clean and well stocked i thought. there were enough seats available s too.

the staff was amazing they were very kind and helpful with directions and recommendations i always felt welcome i also appreciated the quick check in process it was fast. it was very convenient.

Excellent Stay Downtown
good storage helpful microwave mini fridge
The location was great for seeing several Broadway shows. The room had enough hooks and shelves for storage, I appreciated that. A microwave and mini fridge were also available in the room. This was really helpful.

small room slow elevators
the staff at the front desk was friendly. they were helpful when i needed directions.
The room was much smaller than i expected. It barely fit the two double beds. the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep even on the higher floors. also the elevators were slow. Waits were often over ten minutes

helpful assistance convenient location long waits crowded breakfast
location was convenient for my plans. the front desk staff provided helpful assistance during check in. i found them to be very kind. rates were a good value.
elevator waits became long. i sometimes waited up to 10 minutes for one. breakfast felt a bit overcrowded. finding a table was difficult, especially during peak hours.
