fantastic stay
helpful staff excellent location overall view
i found the staff helpful from housekeeping to the front desk. i had easy access to many restaurants due to the excellent location. my room offered an overall great view, which i enjoyed a lot.
the hotel charged me for high-speed internet incorrectly and that was done on the card i registered at check-in. i tried to contact the hotel via email to complain but was referred between different departments. the whole issue was poorly handled by the hotel.

the gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes available for guest use. there is also a cafe open throughout the day, which allows guests to work or relax easily and comfortably.

The king room had a comfortable bed and fresh towels. the bathroom included a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. i had a nice city view from my room's window. That was fun.
