friendly staff easy access breakfast issue coffee facility

I am stoked with the friendly staff at this location! The subway access is easy. I also stored my bags there both before and after check out. I think this is so convenient!

I was bummed breakfast was not included. I had paid for it in advance. There were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. What a bummer!

fantastic find!

secure elevator rooftop terrace filtered water

I found the security measures reassuring. The elevator requires a registered room key for access. the rooftop terrace provided a very nice view, especially of the chrysler building (i love that building!). the business room and gym included a filtered water dispenser, a thoughtful touch.

the air conditioning unit was a bit loud.

nearby, i found that there was a taco bell, starbucks, mcdonald's and whole foods grocery store all very close by. this made it easy to grab a quick bite or get some groceries for my room, very convenient.

this hotel has a very convenient location near an underground train station. it makes accessing different parts of the city very easy and efficient (it's my favorite thing!).

Great location, attentive staff

I was Grateful for the convenient location, close to the subway, i could easily explore the area. The staff were polite with directions and recommendations. My room included a stone sink in the bathroom. That was nice. i also appreciated that the staff quickly addressed my request to adjust the AC settings.

The room felt somewhat outdated. It needed some updates. i could hear noise through the walls. This was a slight disturbance.

Staff members were very responsive to requests, especially concerning the AC settings in the room, a plus. i found Eldar to be personable. He offered good service and was very helpful. The team also provided useful information on nearby amenities.
