The location features easy access to various sites. i saw rooms included soundproof windows, effective. i used the valet parking. It offered convenience.

central location friendly staff spacious layout ongoing refurbishment difficult entrance worn linen

The location was central. It was close to many attractions. the staff i encountered were also friendly and helpful. the room i stayed in had a spacious layout.

The lobby was undergoing refurbishment. the entrance was difficult to navigate. A single door led to crowded elevators. the rooms felt dated. I noticed the worn linen.

a decent stay

friendly staff convenient location excellent view creaky lifts outdated lobby

the front desk staff was super friendly and so was the housekeeping staff. the hotel location is convenient to many attractions, broadway included. the room was beautiful and very clean. it had an excellent view.

this is not the renaissance that i have come to expect. the lifts are creaky and the lobby is outdated. the reception area is dark and dingy.

really good stay near times square

valet parking broadway shows quiet room friendly staff

i appreciated the valet parking. it made arrival simple. the hotel's location allowed easy access to broadway shows. the room was quiet, despite being in a busy area. staff were friendly and always ready to assist. i enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean, well kept bathroom.

the in-room coffee supplies were not replenished daily, so i had to request more.

The fitness center featured three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. It allowed for a complete workout. there was a starbucks downstairs. This provided quick access to coffee and snacks throughout my stay.

My room included a separate seating area and a work desk, offering space for relaxation and productivity. I also had a rainfall shower, that enhanced my overall experience. the bed was very comfortable.
