spacious room clean facilities quality shampoo pool facilities room phone terrible wifi
the room was spacious. the facilities were clean with everything in working order. i found quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion.
i was not informed that the pool facilities are for those 21 and older after 1 pm. the room phone was not working at all. wifi was terrible, so i could not make a call.

quick check-in clean room easy travel
check in was quick and easy the room was clean and quiet i used the bar downstairs for both food and drinks the location is very close to the L train to manhattan making travel easy

subway station nice courtyard decent bed
The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station. This was the best part. There is a nice little courtyard area. I found the beds decent and the bathrooms were nice. The lobby and bar area were great, I noticed many shops and restaurants nearby.
The room cleaning must be requested for a specific time. Otherwise the room may remain uncleaned until late.

good food easy train comfortable room
I found great food and coffee nearby. That was a bonus. hopping on the train was easy. It's right on the corner. the room size impressed me. i found it soooo comfortable!!!
The pool had reserved signs. I didn't expect that. the staff wasn't helpful with explanations. i was a bit disappointed in the pool access rules.

subway proximity pleasant space decent bed
the subway's proximity was indeed the best part! a courtyard provided a pleasant space. the beds were decent, and bathrooms were nice. the lobby and bar area were a plus. shops and restaurants are also conveniently nearby.
i wasn't informed about the pool facilities' 21+ policy after 1 pm. getting turned away with my mother and little brother was disappointing. this was unfortunate considering the stay's cost.

helpful staff nice courtyard great bar area
I found the staff very helpful. They provided quick assistance with directions. The hotel also had a nice little courtyard area. I enjoyed the lobby and bar area. It was great after a long day.
The gym bikes were out of service .
