mediocre stay, some issues
dirty floorfaulty air conditioning
the room was not very clean upon arrival the floor had some stains and there was dust on the furniture i reported it to the front desk they sent someone to clean it but it was not a thorough job also the air conditioning was not working properly it was either too hot or too cold i could not get it to a comfortable temperature

the staff was cute and friendly! they were all very helpful and communicative. i very much enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back! the room was exactly as i booked. i just loved all the windows so you reminded me of you were experiencing being in the big apple from the comfort of your bed.
the amount of decibels was 65! mini fridge in the room had nothing inside and was turned off. there was no drinkable water in the room, and no room service for us to buy water.

the room was bright and spacious and quiet. the free coffee and water available on one of the public floors was a welcome treat. the location was great for getting around, yet removed from the relentless noise. a nespresso machine in the room added a touch of luxury, it was definitely a plus.
the mini fridge in the room was not turned on, a slight inconvenience since i wanted to store some things.

the reception and bell hop were kind, courteous, and helpful, especially with recommendations. the staff offered clear directions whenever needed. they was dedicated to ensuring guests felt at ease.

The room size was good (bigger than other rooms i've stayed at before). The bathroom was nice. The hotel provides complimentary coffee on the 3rd floor.
My room was quite cold when i arrived. I called reception, but no one came to help at night. Someone came right before i checked out and said "no problem,", but it was too late.
