convenient location large television comfortable bed easy access
The hotel location proves convenient. it is near many attractions. The room included a large television. I found the bed very comfortable. The room size was also good. The subway IS close and easy to access.
the elevators felt a bit slow sometimes. it seemed not all were working.

There is a cafeteria on site and is open most hours. The cafeteria seemed available and convenient for a quick bite. I saw that the space remained open during the day, and the breakfast was a good selection.

attentive staff laundry facility convenient location excellent views
i found the staff attentive. the laundry facility was helpful for managing clothes . the location was convenient for accessing various parts of the city. my room had excellent views of the surroundings.
The elevators were often slow which sometimes caused delays. That was slightly annoying.

the team provided assistance with directions and local recommendations. i appreciated the quick responses to my requests, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction. their positive attitude. but the service was great.

The fitness room offered a sufficient range of equipment for a decent workout. i utilized the available treadmills and weights. They were in good condition. the guest laundry service included washers and dryers which helped with longer stays.

slow elevators broken heating
My room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time. the elevators seemed to take forever. A real test of patience. also, the heating system was either blasting hot air or freezing me out. There seemed to be no in-between. it appears some maintenance is in order

perfect location handy cafe amazing pressure unacknowledged birthday old fridge broken door
The location was PERFECT. I could easily walk to many attractions. The cafe on level 4 was quite handy to have. The shower had AMAZING pressure!!!
I told them it was my wife's 30th birthday. This was NOT acknowledged. The fridge was very old and did not work. The door on it would not shut properly.
