The staff was helpful. I appreciated the QR code system. It provided information about the neighborhood. The room was spacious and quite clean.

I found the room somewhat dark. There was not much storage space in the bathroom for personal items.

the location was advantageous. it offered easy access to key attractions (i especially liked the proximity to broadway theatres). the staff exhibited a high level of attentiveness and readily assisted with directions and recommendations.

i experienced some challenges with the room's temperature control system. it seemed to have difficulty maintaining a consistent temperature. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially during peak traffic times, impacting the tranquility of the room.

the hotel has a great location near many attractions! it is really convenient to access times square and central park. the subway is across the street. the staff was friendly to requests. i liked the vibrant lobby where guests could enjoy coffee and meals.

my only minor issue was that the shower had only an overhead fixture, and no handheld option was available, this was a small inconvenience!

the room included two comfortable king beds and offered ample space for our family. the room was clean, well-kept, and provided all necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. i noticed the bathroom fixtures looked modern.

The hotel is situated close to the 50th street subway station. Trains c and e provide easy transportation throughout the city. times square is only six blocks away, offering convenient access to entertainment and dining options! many restaurants and coffee shops are located nearby.
