the location was advantageous. it offered easy access to key attractions (i especially liked the proximity to broadway theatres). the staff exhibited a high level of attentiveness and readily assisted with directions and recommendations.

i experienced some challenges with the room's temperature control system. it seemed to have difficulty maintaining a consistent temperature. the noise from the street was noticeable, especially during peak traffic times, impacting the tranquility of the room.

the hotel has a great location near many attractions! it is really convenient to access times square and central park. the subway is across the street. the staff was responsive to requests. i liked the vibrant lobby where guests could enjoy coffee and meals.

my only minor issue was that the shower had only an overhead fixture, and no handheld option was available, this was a small inconvenience!
