The location was really convenient for seeing shows. The room included a safe and a hairdryer. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. The store right next door to the hotel sells coffee.
The bed felt too firm for my preference.

i found the staff quite attentive at the front desk. they store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, and this was useful. the lobby offered ample seating. i noticed a place next door serves breakfast around the clock, it a good option.
the absence of temperature control in my room was a problem. the room tended to get stuffy, especially with rainy weather. i was not able to adjust it to a comfortable setting.

amazing location with awesome staff!

i found great value here. the hotel is virtually right on times square. the staff accommodated us with early check-in. i could dump luggage and explore the city quickly. a cook eatery is right next door. it offers fresh breakfast items at a great value.
The bathroom lacked a vent, so it fogged up quickly after showers. It was a minor issue.

The location is unbeatable. It is right in the heart of the action. times square is just steps away. it made exploring very convenient. many iconic attractions are close, such as the rockefeller tree and hudson yards.
