comfortable bed airport shuttle

i stayed in a standard king room and found the bed to be quite comfortable. the complimentary airport shuttle was a definite plus , it made getting to my early flight very easy.

the ice machine on my floor was out of service.

My experience included some notable issues. I found the breakfast selection rather limited. A few more fresh options would improve it. I also found the constant noise from nearby air traffic to be disruptive. The soundproofing is clearly insufficient..

i really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, it included fresh fruit! the airport shuttle was prompt and efficient as well. these services.

the internet speed in my room was quite slow at 20 mbps, it made videoconferencing difficult.

smoke smell stained carpet

the free airport shuttle was on time and efficient. it made getting to my early flight quite easy.

my room smelled strongly of stale smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room. the carpet was stained and looked not to have been properly vacuumed. the noise from the nearby highway was also quite loud
