The support was great, and they were always helpful. i needed a taxi early one morning, and they arranged it quickly. i got a nice room with a comfy bed. It. i really liked how attentive they were to my needs.

the air conditioning barely worked, i did ask for assistance, but nothing really changed.

The room was quite spacious with comfortable beds. A kitchenette offered basic appliances and dishes (a pleasant surprise!). I also found the breakfast included quite satisfactory. The location is excellent with metro and bus stations just a brief walk away.

The sound isolation was not perfect. I could occasionally hear faint sounds from the adjacent room.
