helpful tips modern bathroom working elevator long walk small room basic amenities

The reception staff offered helpful tips. The bathroom seemed modern and clean. I REALLY appreciated the elevator. Dragging luggage upstairs WOULD have been awful.

The location required a ten minute walk to the subway station. The room felt small. The provided amenities were basic. I noticed a lack of laundry service.

helpful staff great shower food selection

The staff was really nice and helpful! the hotel design felt really well thought through. the shower was well made. the breakfast area had a wide selection of food. I especially liked cookies and hazelnut cocoa spread!

i think the rooms could be a bit larger, but it really was not too bad for me.

The double room included good bedding and functioning air conditioning. It also featured a clean, fresh toilet. i think that the size was adequate and everything was perfectly clean on the fifth floor.

The buffet style breakfast suited me very well and i enjoyed the hot options. There were also pastries and drinks. there was a selection of cereals and fruit available, something for everyone!

The staff were very cute and helpful. They gave me directions when i asked! the reception is open 24/7 and check in and out was very easy. i really like people that do they job well!

helpful staff secured cooler hot water

the staff provided immediate assistance for a guest's medical needs and offered items from their own stock. they readily supplied tape to secure a cooler for air travel. the shower had wonderfully hot water with great pressure!!!

street noise uncomfortable bed

the noise isolation was a significant problem. sounds from the street easily penetrated through the window. i also found the bed uncomfortable, and it impacted my sleep quality. the springs creaked with every movement, a detail i found disappointing.
