the check-in process was very quick. the hotel manager was helpful. all staff members were friendly and ready to assist. the restaurant staff, salim and nitin, provided excellent service and were attentive to our family's needs.

the hotel is very close to the airport, so it's easy to get to. i found the staff to be friendly, especially in the restaurant where salim was very attentive. the food was good (i especially liked the breakfast options!). i also appreciated how clean and well kept the hotel was.

the limited parking space could be a problem during peak times.

The location was convenient to the airport.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The staff seemed to condone smoking in the rooms and this was very disappointing. The bathroom lacked a working extraction fan, and the shaver socket did not function properly. The surrounding street was not appealing and quite noisy at night.

i found my room very clean, offering stable internet and prompt service. the food quality also impressed me. the staff's english proficiency was evident, and i felt welcomed by their friendly attitude.

i noticed a charge for mineral water upon checkout, which surprised me since i wasn't informed the bottles in the room came at a cost. this matter, along with the duty manager's response, was a small issue.
