the hotel offered free drinks in the lobby. they came in handy after a long day. the rooms had everything i needed and were also stylish. service was good, and the staff accommodated my needs.

the hotel is a bit hard to find. it is located on separate floors of an office building. there isn't breakfast available and the kitchenette had no sink. also, the shower height was a bit limited.

the room was spacious and clean. the reception staff was very helpful. it is located in a popular area with many restaurants and shops nearby.

the check-in was frustrating. i arrived at 3 pm, the hotel's standard check-in time, but had to wait until 3:30 pm. the receptionist was dismissive when i inquired about the delay.

the room was bright and reminded me of home. i appreciated that the room was spacious enough. we stayed for five nights and found the closet space very useful. free coffee, beer, and bottled water were also provided.

hot water wasn't working properly . the shower drain was blocked. i also noticed some mold in the shower area.

the reception staff were helpful. the hotel has a nice lounge area with complimentary beverages. the location is excellent as it is close to the mtr (i used it often) and within walking distance to shops. the complimentary beverages in the lounge included a variety of options.

the carpet in the hallways had heavy marks and looked dirty. this. the walls and floors in the rooms are scuffed (i wish they fixed this).

the queen studio included sufficient space for luggage. the bed had clean linens. there were ample pillows available (i like extra pillows). the room temperature was easily controlled with the thermostat.

The room had a kitchenette (very convenient!), and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the efficient cleaning staff, as the room was always done quickly. The free Evian water daily was a nice touch.

I noticed that the floors in the room could benefit from being redone because there were some hanging threads and scuffs.

The location is close to many cafes, restaurants, and bars. This hotel offers proximity to Harbour experiences and attractions. Uber and taxis are also very accessible and convenient from this hotel.

The location allows easy access to transportation. Free drinks were available during happy hour, a thankful perk. The staff was quite helpful. They assisted with directions. I also found the room modern, and it had a good size for the area.

The check-in process experienced slight delays upon my arrival, a minor hiccup.
