I appreciate the keyless entry system. It uses codes sent via text and email. I really liked that the system allowed access to both the main door and the room itself (security is important). There was free tea and coffee available in the communal dining area, this was a NICE touch.
The room i stayed in was quite small. I found other rooms, priced the same, to be larger.

The room featured a new bed, new carpets, and a smart TV. Clean fresh bedding, coupled with a comfortable bed, ensured i had a good night's rest after a long day. The room was not large, but adequate.

the location was convenient, a short walk to attractions. the free tea and coffee in the common room was a nice touch. the shower was a good size. this hotel provided netflix on the tv.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. the room became quite warm, even with the window open. there was no kettle in the room, a bit inconvenient for making tea in the morning.

The room was super clean, and the bed provided superior comfort. I found the price to be superb for the quality of the stay. The heating worked well, and the shower had both free shower gel and towels, all great.
I noticed the absence of a hairdryer, either in the room or on-site.

The hotel is a five minute walk to the Tower and beach. It is situated just behind the Tower. A small Morrisons is nearby on Coronation Street for convenience. The staff there are lovely.

I found the self-check-in process efficient. I entered the provided codes for both the front door and my room. the room was neat and included an ensuite bathroom plus a smart tv with streaming services. there was also a coffee room available, offering free hot drinks from morning until late evening (i especially liked the selection of teas).
Spaces can fill up quickly, so planning ahead is necessary.
