charmed stay!

the staff was very friendly i was even allowed to check in early. the location is easy to walk to coral island and there is a lounge area with a bar. the bedroom even included a food menu with reasonably priced options though i did not purchase anything.

the public toilet was quite filthy and lacked toilet paper i found this pretty inconvenient.

the staff demonstrated excellent service by being very helpful and attentive to my needs . they also allowed me to check in early which was a great plus after arriving ahead of schedule. this level of accommodation really made a difference.

The staff was very friendly. They welcomed me warmly and demonstrated all the facilities. The host even ensured the room met my expectations before I settled in. The location is good, just south of Central Pier.

The carpets seemed stained. The walls had marks. This made the place look dirty. There was no hot water from the tap in the room.
