The staff was very friendly. They welcomed me warmly and demonstrated all the facilities. The host even ensured the room met my expectations before I settled in. The location is good, just south of Central Pier.

The carpets seemed stained. The walls had marks. This made the place look dirty. There was no hot water from the tap in the room.
