the staff were very friendly. i loved the breakfast and coffee, it had everything i needed in the room. really nice pillows.

the room was very small. there is no lift and no attempt was made to help us up two flights of stairs with cases. the receptionist only said i was told about the lift when i booked.

The room had sufficient toiletries and fresh towels daily. I also used the parking at the front which was very useful. The staff were kind. They quickly addressed a minor issue with the room key. They ensured my experience was smooth and positive.

The tea selection in the room was somewhat limited. I would have appreciated a broader variety.
