the room size felt good, it gifted us a balcony facing the river. everything appears clean and i feel comfort. the airport shuttle is frequent and reliable, a huge convenience for early flights.
i feel slightly sad about the additional charges for the pool. paying for the swim cap and towel felt a little nickel-and-dime, even if mandatory.

i found the staff to be quite helpful. they arranged shuttles from the train station to the location and also to the airport. the hotel provided luggage storage and that was appreciated. the area had many restaurants within a short walk
the sink drain in the bathroom was slow. also the bed was not great i was like i was sleeping in a bowl. i was disappointed considering this is a four-star hotel

I found a good hotel for airport transfers, convenient with a great shuttle. The shuttle to the airport cost €7 per person, each way. I appreciated the reasonable pricing and the convenient location near the waterfront. The 10 minute drive to the airport was a plus.
I did find the staff not the friendliest . That was unfortunate. The mostly local area seemed less keen on tourists.

The rooftop pool offered lovely respite after our travels. The staff were friendly and check-in was very efficient. I found the room to be clean and well-kept. I was happy we could walk to several restaurants nearby.
The room felt somewhat small , even for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was available early on a Sunday, but the selection was limited. I also noticed a lack of some expected amenities in the room.
