Wonderful City Stay!
king bed modern bathroom rooftop terrace fresh pastries
The staff were genuinely cute! and helpful throughout my stay. My room featured a comfortable king bed and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, because it provided panoramic city views. Breakfast included a wide selection of fresh pastries and local fruits. I found everything delicious.
The gym was a little small, though it had the basic equipment for a workout.

The front desk staff offered quick assistance with directions. they arranged taxi services. The housekeeping team kept my room super clean, and provided fresh towels daily. I found the service consistently attentive.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

Rita at reception was a true professional. She informed us about hotel benefits like the Etna view from the terrace. She also gave us information about the city. The staff were charming and helpful. The room was quiet and very clean (I loved the comfortable bed!). It featured a very comfortable system to control the lights.
The hotel lacked complimentary water in the room, especially since tap water is not drinkable. A small detail but it would have been nice.

central location
great location helpful personnel
The location was great. Many restaurants and shops were walkable. Front desk personnel were very helpful and pleasant.
I arrived with my family, after an long day of traveling, at the hotel at 1500. upon arrival, the front desk employees had just checked a large tour group into the hotel. when i arrived to the desk, our room was not ready because there were some mistakes in some others bookings. needless to say, the lady at the counter was nice and tried to 'buy time' for the hotel cleaning crew to clean and make our room but that is unacceptable in my opinion after the amount of money we paid per night plus arriving at 1500. i could understand the room not being ready if it was around 11 or 1200 but 1500! we ended up not getting into our room till 1610. Over an hour wait with a toddler who was tired and ready to relax.

The location was great, close to many attractions and shops. the staff was friendly and very informative! the bedroom was spacious, and the bed was very comfy. breakfast offered a good variety of choices from the buffet. I found it quite decent.
The hotel lacked some small details. There was only one bottle of water, and it was not replaced.

dim lighting worn carpets
the location was acceptable, close to the main street..
i was disappointed with some aspects of my room. the bathroom lighting was dim, i noticed a lack of a magnifying mirror. also, the carpets seemed worn, and this detracted from the overall feel of the space.

superb hotel experience
excellent staff valet service
The service staff is excellent. They were very cordial, professional, and helpful. i found them very attentive to detail. valet service was also provided. This was a definite plus. the premises were always very clean.
Our trip ended on a negative note due to an unacceptable deposit practice. It was a €150 deposit taken only upon arrival. at checkout, the deposit was not returned, and even after a full week, the money is still missing. this strongly suggests unethical practices.
