The staff were helpful and polite. I noticed a pleasant common seating area. There was also a fridge stocked with extra drinks available for purchase at reception. Air conditioning worked very well.
I found that the sound isolation wasn't perfect. Some noise from neighboring rooms was audible.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was clean (i especially liked the shower). I found the location convenient to both bus and metro lines. Restaurants nearby provided a good variety of dining options.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was super clean and clean. The reception staff was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast lacked variety from day to day. I could see myself becoming tired of it after a few days. The drinks were all at an additional cost, not ideal.

The front desk staff was helpful. The staff spoke English fluently and assisted me with local directions. The breakfast buffet included a good variety and it was delicious. The location of restaurant Auum was nearby.
The hotel lacks adequate sound isolation. I was able to hear noises from neighboring rooms which was not ideal.
