the breakfast were excellent. it had a fantastic value. the dining area is comfortable. Josh was a lovely host, he was super friendly.
the car park is around the back. you can access it through an narrow archway. it takes a few attempts. the plugs in the room weren't working.

Josh was real lovely and helpful when I tried to park the car. Location is great, close to everything. I did love that there was plenty of milk in the room for my coffee.
The room was not very clean at all. I moved the bed cause my phone fell, there was a carrierbag on the floor. The skirting was caked in dust, and it looks like the bed hadnt been moved for ages.

the location offered convenient access to the pleasure beach and central pier. on-site parking helped me keep my car secure. the team provided very nice service.
the car park access involved a narrow archway, needing careful maneuvering.
