the staff seemed genuinely caring about every guest! my single room included a convenient sink and i loved that. shared bathrooms were always available and clean

The location was AMAZING! It is close to everything. My room faced the rear courtyard, so it was quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. They offered us cafe. The room size was good.

I shared the bathroom with other guests. This was not ideal.

the staff was very kind and helpful. i received a map showing worth-visiting places. my room had a great view. i could see the towers. the air conditioning worked perfectly.

the hotel was a little difficult to find and access. but that was a minor issue.

lack of air conditioning power outage

the location was excellent, with easy access to the main attractions. reception was available at all times.

The lack of air conditioning was a major issue (especially in the summer heat). the ceiling fan did little to alleviate the discomfort, and a power outage further complicated things. this made it difficult to rest during the night. I likely won't return, at least not during the summer months.
