The room included a small kitchen. That was acceptable.

The air conditioning was very loud at night. Sleep was difficult. the tap in the bathroom was broken. I found that disappointing. a window next to the bed was broken. I couldn't open it.

the room was efficient. it was very near a bus stop and a large coop market was close. you can walk straight to reach the center of the city. oven and fridge were quite ok. the staffs are very friendly and helpful they gave us a map which is very very efficient

this was somewhat inconvenient. the bed and pillows were very firm. this affected our comfort.

the internet was not working in our room upon arrival. the staff member was courteous. they believed the issue was with our phones initially. the technician was unable to resolve the internet issue .

The staff members I encountered were generally friendly. I found them to be helpful when I needed assistance.

The shower door felt flimsy and I was worried it might fall while I used it. The mattress was noticeably worn. One side felt much thinner than the other. This made getting a good night's sleep difficult. the bedside lamp was not working properly.
