The room was spacious. its luxurious atmosphere was very appreciable, especially the view from the double window. the amenities also impressed me positively. I found the cava and water nice touches.

the check-in process was not easy. the small reception booth was usually unattended. i also noticed that furniture in my suite needed some refurbishment.

The location was amazing. I found restaurants, bars, and shopping very close. The room had a great size. The staff was particularly helpful, always ready to assist with any queries.

There was no one at the reception desk sometimes. It made getting information slightly difficult.

The location was central. Everything in the city felt very accessible. The room was spacious.

I found cleanliness to be a significant issue (this is not acceptable). The floors were not properly cleaned upon arrival. I had to ask for cleaning, and after a long wait, I cleaned the floors myself. the a. c. in one bedroom did not work.
