excellent suites downtown
convenient location friendly service kitchen amenities
i found the location really convenient i walked to many local sights and restaurants the supermarket across the street was super handy i also appreciated the friendly service and the cleanliness of the apartment it had all the kitchen amenities i needed
i think they could add paper towels or napkins in the kitchens it would be really useful i ended up buying my own supplies but it would have been a nice touch also the shampoo and conditioner could use an upgrade the pillows weren't the most comfortable

the hotel has a great central location it is within walking distance of places like nightingale blue water and botanist a supermarket is just across the road which is very convenient for getting supplies

the staff is very helpful and always greets guests with a smile the front desk provides quick assistance whenever needed i found the service to be really friendly and efficient there

while the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant several dining options exist nearby including nightingale blue water and botanist many other choices are within easy walking distance this gives great convenience for meals

I stayed in a one-bedroom king suite and found it to be very clean. the kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove. i appreciated the in-suite laundry facilities. They included both a washer and a dryer.
The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours. We sometimes waited a little longer than expected.

spacious suite full-sized fridge central location
the one-bedroom king suite was spacious. the kitchen had everything needed, including a full-sized fridge. i appreciated the location as it was central to many amenities. a grocery store across the street made getting supplies very easy!
i found the coffee machine a bit difficult to use initially.

I ate breakfast at the starbucks located just across the street from the hotel. It offered a quick and convenient start to the day. urban fare, a grocery store, provided options for preparing meals in the suite's fully equipped kitchen.
Service

The front desk staff were friendly and ready to help with directions. They answered all my questions. the housekeeping staff maintained the room daily. that included unexpected touches, like restocking nespresso capsules and replacing the complimentary apron.
