i loved how clean everything was. the location is super close to attractions. staff are so helpful and friendly. it makes for a great visit.
the window a/c unit was noisy. it got a little hard to sleep because of it.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and a cozy mezzanine. I found it a nice touch when the front desk called me to advise the room was ready. The pillows and bedding were top notch. I did not want to get out of bed.
I was woken up every evening with slamming doors. Twenty-four-hour snacks were advertised, but none were available at 10 p.m. after the theater. I think there are better alternatives for the price.

the breakfast room offered a 24-hour service with snacks and beverages it was very useful. i especially liked the perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs available during breakfast. i enjoyed watching tv in the break room in the evenings. the parking was also conveniently located close to the hotel and fairly priced for the area.
i found the room a bit dark as it lacked real windows and sufficient lighting. the decor in general was quite worn. i noticed some mildew smell in the bathroom and brown stains on the towels which was disappointing.

the hotel's location is convenient it's near times square and many broadway theaters. the proximity allows easy access to various attractions and entertainment options, a great advantage for exploring the area. it is perfect for sightseeing.
