check in happen smooth with polite staff. comfy bed was great and the decor are cute. i only wish my room had walking space and luggage room. if you can, book bigger room and standard room is very small.

The location was very convenient for exploring williamsburg! i loved the hotel's vibe and found the staff friendly at check-in. i secured a reservation at laser wolf, the rooftop restaurant, in advance. The food and views were excellent. the dining options were so good, i didn't have to leave the premises.

the room doors weren't soundproof, and it sounded like people were entering my room when neighboring doors opened.

the location was fine.

The room was tiny. there was also no iron in the room, a pretty basic amenity for a hotel at this price. pillows were terrible. I reminded me of i was sleeping on a bag of cotton balls.

skyline views comfortable beds great location

the room had a lovely view of the manhattan skyline and super comfortable beds. i found the location great, right in the center of williamsburg. it was a short walk from the subway to manhattan. (it made getting around very easy!)

i found that the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.

poor soundproofing limited space

I encountered a few issues . the lack of proper soundproofing was a major problem. I could hear everything happening in the hallway (conversations, doors slamming, etc.). this made it hard to relax or sleep soundly. additionally, the room felt cramped. there was barely enough space to move around with luggage, so storing my belongings became quite a puzzle, there was no closet or sufficient storage options, frustrating.
