The staff was eager to help throughout my stay I appreciate their attention. My room included two separate sinks in the bathroom that was a plus. I also enjoyed the convenience of having an ice machine available on my floor. The casino located next door provided entertainment.
I found very few food options at the hotel late at night.

The room featured a comfortable king-size bed with crisp linens it also included a large screen television with many channels. I found a spacious work desk with ample lighting in the room perfect for catching up on emails. The bathroom had modern fixtures.

the hotel location is convenient because of its proximity to jfk. i found free parking an advantage. i appreciate there are options for dining within the casino.
i noticed the long walk from the entrance to reception. this became difficult as i had heavy bags. better directions could help.

The room was quite clean and I enjoyed the city view from it.
I was disappointed that there was no airport shuttle (even though it is an airport hotel). An Uber to the airport ended up costing me extra money.
