the location proved accessible, with a gas station across the street and a 7-eleven nearby (very convenient). the room was ready and clean upon my arrival. it included a king bed and a functional kitchen with a microwave, full sink, single electric cooktop, and mini-fridge. i found gated parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, alongside street parking.

significant street noise cockroach problem
The room was larger than I expected, a plus.
The noise from the street was significant, and the overall condition of the hotel seemed poor. I even found some cockroaches in the room and bathroom, quite unsettling..

The reception personnel offered helpful assistance and were polite. the location suited my travel plans because it was near public transport. each morning, i found free coffee in the lobby. I considered this a nice perk.

check in was quick, zero hassle. the receptionist was nice. the room was larger than expected. they provided free minimal breakfast with coffee, juice, cereal and toast. i had not expected any breakfast, so this was a welcome bonus.
the towels were not clean. the bed linens were old and looked far from fresh. this.

surprisingly solid stay
eager staff acceptable location clean sheets
the staff was quick and eager to help at all times. the hotel's location was acceptable, considering the price. we didn't spend too much time in the room since we were visiting manhattan. the sheets were clean, and the ac was strong.
the room lacked some expected amenities, such as a microwave or fridge.
