I found some issues . There was a distinct lack of attention to detail in the room's upkeep, I noticed. Specifically, the bathroom fixtures showed signs of wear. The lighting in the room was dim. It made it difficult to read or work comfortably, so I was frustrated by that.

elegant design quality amenities

i appreciated the hotel's elegant design . our room was thoughtfully arranged, clean, and spacious, also with quality amenities and a lovely view. everything from check-in to check-out was smooth , managed well by the courteous and professional staff.

the hotel features light-colored carpeting throughout , including in the rooms and i noticed it was not properly cleaned. when incidents such as coffee spills occur , their response seemed inadequate and frustrating. this issue reminded me of an opportunity for extra charges rather than providing a solution.

the room included two large single beds on the 16th floor offering a view of the empire state building. the bathroom was enormous , equipped with everything one might need, though the shower system was a bit complex. the room was spacious.

valet parking was seamless and well worth the cost, as my rental vehicle remained safely tucked away. the rooftop offered beautiful views. the location is excellent , near major attractions and transportation hubs , yet on a quieter street.
