the hotel has a perfect location right in the heart of midtown. it is situated between 5th and 6th avenues. i found many must-see attractions a short walk away including moma, rockefeller center, radio city hall, and st patrick's cathedral. the room service cleans rooms daily and also changes towels. the front desk staff is responsive and kind.

my room was a bit noisy. i stayed for four nights hoping it would get better, but it did not. there were loading trucks every evening after shows at radio city music hall until after midnight.

the hotel is conveniently near central park and times square. short subway rides are available to other sites. rockefeller center is across the street from the hotel ensuring quick access to major attractions and events.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. A subway stop was just around the corner. That proved very convenient. The bed offered great comfort, and the room had modern features. I also appreciated the friendly staff. Their attentiveness enhanced my stay.

The hotel lobby was crowded. It lacked sufficient space. This made check-in a bit challenging. There was no designated area to sit. This caused congestion when people waited for their rooms.
