The location is near public transit. I enjoyed the hotel decor. I liked the à la carte pricing, so I could pay for gym access. I could skip daily housekeeping.

My check-in was seamless. I found the staff attentive and eager to assist with directions. The location allowed easy access to various attractions, very useful for sightseeing. I also enjoyed the ambiance of the bar. It presented a relaxing environment after a busy day..

The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours.

amazing experience!

immaculate room polite staff gorgeous view

I loved the immaculate room and respectful staff. the hotel was kept so well. the view was gorgeous and the location convenient! extra thanks to the staff. They made my daughter's 18th birthday extra special. the staff were fabulous, especially colin, so friendly.

between thursday and sunday, it was impossible to sleep until 3 am because the rooftop bar's music was very loud! the fire alarm went off a few times during the night.

the staff suggested restaurants, cafes, and even matso ball soup. they designed and renovated the hotel very well. they were fabulous and friendly. colin was a highlight!

the hotel features a restaurant and a comedy club. elevators were sparse, so i walked often. the setup felt different. it is easy to walk to times square.

the restaurant served great dinner. free coffee is available daily in the restaurant from 7am to 10am. i enjoyed matso ball soup, it was delicious. i will be back!
