bathroom hairs stained sheets

The room I booked was not clean. I found hairs in the bathroom and the sheets had stains. This created a poor impression, and I would not return to this location.

fantastic midtown stay

convenient location modern rooms daily service friendly staff

I appreciated the convenient location near Central Park. It allowed for quick morning visits. The rooms felt modern and were very clean. I was impressed by the attention to detail. Daily servicing ensured the room remained fresh. This is a huge plus. The front desk staff proved professional. They were very friendly and efficient.

The elevators experienced intermittent issues. One was out of service several days.

The fitness center provides essential equipment. It features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests have access to complimentary tea and coffee each morning. This service is available in the lobby. An adjacent restaurant offers dining options. It provides a convenient alternative to outside restaurants.

some issues detracted from the stay

elevator outage inattentive staff

The elevator was out of service for several days. This was a real inconvenience. the mattress and pillows were not what i expected from a hotel, with that rating. the staff were not as attentive as i would have liked.

convenient location comfortable bed reasonable price

The location proved very convenient for exploring. Central Park was easily accessible from the hotel. The room included a comfortable bed with nice pillows. I also found parking nearby at a reasonable price for the area.

The elevators experienced occasional delays during peak hours. I waited longer than expected a few times. This proved inconvenient when I was in a hurry.

There is a restaurant adjacent to the lobby. I saw people enter in the mornings. It looked quite nice and was fairly busy. I did not eat any meals there.

Excellent Stay at Prime Location

The central location allowed for easy access to many attractions (especially central park) and public transportation. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample room for relaxation. I found the complimentary coffee and water a very nice addition.

The gym did not open until 7 am, a bit late for my early morning workout routine.

The hotel benefits from proximity to multiple subway lines. Its strategic positioning allows guests to quickly reach dining and shopping destinations. Central Park is within a short walk.

The room offered comfortable beds and high standard cleaning. A large television was present in the room (it made the evenings cozy). There were complimentary water bottles restocked daily.
