i loved the quick elevators and the helpful staff. (they were always smiling!) the room was super clean, i noticed. the location is really amazing. the bedding made me sleep soundly.

the location was convenient. it was close to times square and grand central station (easy for getting around, i guess).
I had some issues i wasn't thrilled with. the fridge didn't work. It locked us out, and no one came to unlock it until the next day. the carpets were also noticeably dirty and dusty. (definitely not what i expect at the price point).

the location is excellent. it is close to many attractions and broadway theaters. the lobby presents a beautiful ambiance, very inviting. the staff was very courteous and helpful (they gave precise directions). the room size was generous, and the bed was comfortable.
the hotel lacked a convenient store for small necessities.

the room included elegant furniture and ample storage. the bathroom featured quality amenities and was meticulously cleaned daily (housekeeping provided excellent service). the room size was satisfactory, offering enough space to relax.

the staff at the front desk were particularly helpful, providing assistance with directions. the doormen were always available to assist with luggage and transportation needs. the hotel restaurant offered delicious food (i particularly enjoyed the pastries).
