also, the walls seemed paper thin. I could hear every conversation happening next door. plus, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, moisture always lingered.

Really good Stay Near the Heart of It All

convenient parking friendly staff modern room comfortable beds

The parking garage adjacent to the premises proved convenient with validation. Staff members greeted us with smiles, even housekeeping. The room was immaculate and decorated in a modern style, complete with comfortable beds. I found the walk to the Westside Theater easy and a quick ride to Brooklyn.

excellent broadway stay!

spacious room city view cute lobby

i appreciated the spacious and clean room. a nice city view was visible from my window. the lobby had a super cute design, and staff were always available when i needed anything. i also found free coffee was available each morning in the hotel café.

The coffee at the lounge required a specific request. Drip coffee had to be asked for explicitly to avoid extra charges.

The staff was courteous and efficient. They promptly addressed requests. noveah was particularly proactive. i found the happy hour with free wine was a nice touch. i was very thankful for their attentiveness.

busy fire station lift queue

check-in was smooth and the stay acceptable. i saw a show nearby, so the location was helpful.

the room on the 8th floor was clean enough, but very noisy. there is a nearby fire station that is apparently very busy (i could hear sirens all night). twice, i chose to walk up the 8 flights of stairs rather than wait for the lift. one lift was out of service and at busy times there was a guard managing people, as it was so busy.
